This was a first time experience. I placed a same day delivery. I received a phone call saying they were out of the one flower and could substitute. I asked what they would be able to do and they assured me it would look beautiful and it did!!!! They were so kind and helpful. The arrangement arrived on time and so lovely!! I will definitely use them again!!
